I was in desperate need of a carpet cleaning service. My living room carpet was in awful shape from 7+ years of 5 cats, with pet stains and odor. I reached out to this company and received a response back in less than a day. Luckily, there was a cancellation so I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Friendly technician but my rug still looks dirty and it still smells
Justin did a solid job with the carpet cleaning. He was careful, thorough, and clearly took the work seriously. I appreciated his attention to detail and the effort he put into getting things done right.
Couldn’t even get an appointment in. Called about 5 times and each time was told to hold or wait 5 minutes to be called back-Only to never get an answer. Unprofessional.
