Friendly technician but my rug still looks dirty and it still smells
Justin did a solid job with the carpet cleaning. He was careful, thorough, and clearly took the work seriously. I appreciated his attention to detail and the effort he put into getting things done right.
Couldn’t even get an appointment in. Called about 5 times and each time was told to hold or wait 5 minutes to be called back-Only to never get an answer. Unprofessional.
Charles at Miracle steam came by and cleaned our carpets today and did a fabulous job. Great guy, excellent work. He is very knowledgeable about what is needed to be done. His prices are great and he will not nickel and dime you. Highly recommended!
Not happy with this service. It is expensive for such a basic cleaning. The cleaner left a product bottle outside my appartment, he only used the vapor once and I had to clean myself two stains. Do not recommend
