Charles at Miracle steam came by and cleaned our carpets today and did a fabulous job. Great guy, excellent work. He is very knowledgeable about what is needed to be done. His prices are great and he will not nickel and dime you. Highly recommended!
Not happy with this service. It is expensive for such a basic cleaning. The cleaner left a product bottle outside my appartment, he only used the vapor once and I had to clean myself two stains. Do not recommend
They did a great job cleaning my carpets and the technician was friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed in the scheduling aspect of the service. They gave me a 3 hour time range (2-5) but the technician didn’t leave his last job till 5, which was over an hour away and I had to reschedule (which they worked with me in getting an appointment the next day). I understand things happen, but please do better in de-conflicting jobs, especially since you already have a 3-hour window to work with!

After reading a bunch of reviews, I decided that I would try this company out. I used the text line to find out if they had any specials. They texted me back and said yes all of our specials are posted online. So I went to the website. I saw that they had a three room special For $119 for rooms up to 12 x 12. Plus, they had a 25% off deal for Pet and odor remover. This was perfect considering I have very small bedrooms.
