Plumber shows up & has to go to Home Depot for parts. Doesn't fix the major problem. This company is a ripoff. Called an experienced plumber who came prepared had parts in his truck & charged a fraction of what Miracle Plumbing charged. DO NOT USE Miracle Plumbing.
I spoke to Ken on phone, my mom had a leaking pipe. Very kind and said $250 service call but would apply to repair. Fixed leak in 40 minutes which included running to Ace hardware for a part. Charged her almost $700.00! Totally took advantage of an elderly woman. She knows a lot of locals and businesses in Southhold. We will be letting everyone know about his crafty approach. Very disappointing.
I hire this company to complete a NATURAL GAS CONVERSION something that i have done before in my other house but i never imagine i will have so much headache , THEY CHARGE EXTRA MONEY for the same work that THEY DID NOT COMPLETED and they had to come to my house 5 times to weld the pipe (2 pipes and hose) that was leaking . i will not recommend this company it was a horrible experience.
I recommend Miracle to anyone in need of any work done in regards to heat, waste, or waters. They came and were extremely professional and explained everything. I sat with them through the process of abandoning my oil tank, And installing a new oil boiler. Ken, Nick and Brian were up front and helped me out through a rough time. They are family owned, and truly men of their word. They took care of my family, and also my took care of some leaks and issues at my fathers house. Great company and great men.
