Kirk and his team of plumbers were great throughout the process!
The 2 techs, Kirk and Ed(?), said he was Russian, analyzed the situation and determined the source of the small leak. They cut a 12-inch by 12-inch hole in the ceiling and found the crack in the drain line. They retrieved replacement parts and quickly repaired the drain line. We are very happy that the problem was not more severe and that they, in a professional and friendly way, solved the problem. We will recommend them to others if the situation comes up. The whole process took fewer than 2 hours.
Trevor came today and fixed it. Not much to say, except its nice when the work is done correctly for the promised price. Dependable, fair, and honest. Thanks again!
