I drove 17 miles to bring my computer to their location. Wasted trip. The sign on the door says "call for an appointment". The ad on the computer should have said that and saved me a trip.
I would give zero stars if possible. Rude employees who accused me of spam calling when I called to try and get repair work done. Don't call them for this either as the no longer perform repairs.
Very knowledgeable staff clean store definitely a relic of a dying age. unfortunately computer building is mainstream and the small shops are used less and less but if you need help here is a great place to go
Ever since they moved they seem to only care about working with businesses. Hard to reach, and didn't fix the last problem we brought to them.
