I called late in the day, on a Friday, The appointment was for two.. to get full set of nails AND pedicures. The only question she asked,"HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO GET HERE?" (it took 9 minutes to get there) our nails and toes look great. The women were WONDERFUL, THE SHOP WAS CLEAN. As we were leaving, they were closing. A person walked in. SHE DID HER TOO! UNBELIEVABLE! I'VE NEVER IN MY YEARS OF GETTING MANICURES,EVER..EVER SEE THAT HAPPEN.!! YES! THIS IS THE BEST SHOP EVER!

This place sucked so bad. My friend and I went in had an appointment and still had wait half an hour. Also when it came to get our nails done she put a solution that burnt my skin really bad. My nails are bumpy and uneven. My friends paint jobs is disgusting. Never going back again!!!

I went to this location twice. The first time I received ok service. However I wanted Gel nails and she used acrylic....when I questioned it I was told it was a NEW gel product that was better. I had some lumps and bumps on my nails that I had to file off but all in all it was an ok job. When I went back for a fill 4 weeks later I was told I was not allowed to change the glitter color for at least two more weeks...I said I will pay extra to have it changed now and she said no. My nephew was getting married on Monday at Lake Tahoe so we made appointments for 5 of us to get pedicures and manicures on Saturday. I paid extra to have a french manicure and pedicure so did both of my sisters. The paint on my nails started to peal and chip the very next day. By the day of the wedding, 2 days later, my nails looked horrible. All of the them were chipped and disgusting. My sister, the mother of the groom, had to have her nails redone on Sunday.
