When I thought I could not ever find a car with little down payment and payments I could afford and was about to give up hope. I saw a ad on Market Place on Facebook and found Milady Cruz-Herrera. I started to text her and got an appointment and I was driving my new car the same day with a down payment that worked for me and payments I could afford. Milady and the sales team at miracle motors were amazing. I could not be more pleased with my outcome
Staff was awesome. Kudos to Lorenzo Johnson!! When I went to them I didn't have an exact idea of what car I wanted besides been a SUV. Talking with Lorenzo he exactly knew and when he showed me the car I was so impressed. He was very professional and attentive to my car needs for the right choice. I highly recommend them. They make you feel welcomed right from start!
DONT DEAL WITH MILADY CRUZE-HERRERA! Very dishonest! And when I called her out on it, she said you can report it to whoever you want. We’ve been in business for over 30 years! Don’t waste your time dealing with this dealership! They had me fill out an application for a car online gave my Social Security number and everything then was told that there’s nothing they can do because I live out of state. Horrible experience. Do not stand behind what they promote. I will never go back. It was a waste of my time.
Miracle motors SUCKS period. They may sell you a car but heaven forbid if you have a financial issue down the road they don't give a shit. Give they money or we turn the car off and that's it. They charge extra money on top of the the payments. Then charge when it goes for an issue. 2 months check engine light on battery loses charge transmission shifts ruff. They are very rude and absolutely over priced. They take advantage of people. Don't recommend
