Staff was very helpful polite & eager to help me get into this vehicle. Accomodated me throughout the entire process. As nerve-wracking as car buying can be they made it a great experience.
I’m writing this review not just out of frustration, but to warn others — especially anyone who's struggling with credit and looking for a reliable car to make a living. I do rideshare driving (Uber) for income, and I was swindled by this dealership in the worst way. I bought a vehicle from them that they knew needed an engine replacement. But because it came with a 30,000-mile warranty and I was desperate to keep working, I trusted them. They fired a wonderful Sales woman. I don’t recommend.
I previously had 2 cars from ticket to ride and someone did a hit and run and totalled my car and they refused to sell me another saying I was short of their requirements when my income never changed Lorenzo was awesome and got me into a car the next day highly recommend them they are awesome Update: A year and half later my experience has been hell 3 months into having the car the engine went out literally every 2 months the car breaks down.
