Absolutely fantastic experience!! A huge thank you to Miracle Mile for making my girlfriend’s birthday the best one yet. Booking was easy and Shirley, the owner, made payment and accommodations a fun and exciting experience. Upon pick up we met our driver. This is the person that really made our experience so awesome. Absolutely terrible had a group of friends expecting a good time and it was a bus with only a radio no Bluetooth charged us 250$ to drive us from lantzville to the queens nanaimo

I confirmed that I was booking a party bus for a birthday. It was not disclosed that this was a tour bus while booking and therefore did not get what I paid for. (Our phones couldn’t connect to music and the sound system was terrible even after specifically asking about it when booking) The payment was not asked for until 30 minutes before pick up time and was not received within the hour causing hostility and confusion. Want to do 1 star. No aux or Bluetooth. Super sketchy as the e transfer deposited then they said it didn't go through and they had to take our credit card on file then they parked at the mall and asked again if the money went through. Driver was super rude and this is the total opposite of a party bus. It's basically a shuttle. Also AC is brutal, we are sweating in this bus in March.
