Update: 2 days after I posted my review I received a call indicating the owner will be out to see the tub. He came a few days later and said it needed to be redone. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and no call and they don't return calls. The work comes with a guarantee but if they don't answer the phone they don't have to honor it. $500 gone, at this point I would like a refund or I need to seek legal help. We had to have them come back 5 times and our tub is still not good. They had paint all over my tile floor, walls and fixtures in the tub. After 4 months, the color is coming through from my original tub color and the paint has chipped off in several areas. There are runs in the paint and everytime they came to fix them, I had new runs. They never buffed out the tub and it is extremely rough. I had my tub resurfaced in August. Since then they have been back 3 times to fix the peeling. I’ve been calling over and over and have not returned my calls. I’ve left numerous messages. Tub is still peeling and am getting no response. I am going to call the better business bureau and file a complaint. I want a full refund. Would not recommend this company.
Once again Miracle Method did great work in our Bath Room installing several garb bars in our fiberglass shower If we need any work in our Bath or Kitchen there number one on our list to call. Thanks again for for your efficient and professional service.
Everything about the process from start to finish was smooth. Chrissy was quick with the scheduling and estimate. Joe, who refinished our tub, was very polite and professional as well! Would definitely recommend.
