I hired Miracle Method of East Tampa for shower refinishing. The work was defective, follow-up service poorly managed, warranty terms were confusing and misleading and the company failed to adequately compensate me for their errors. I additionally paid a $250 service call charge on June 17, 2026. They continually failed to respond to phone calls and I filed a more detailed complaint with BBB West Florida office. For these reasons I would not recommend this company.
Travis was excellent. Very clean , incredibly professional. I truly would recommend them to anyone you WILL NOT BE disappointed. I used them for our home and rental properties and would use them again!!
Miracle Method did a great job on my counters. Great service, great value.
Terrible!!! I have spent over 10,000 and have had problem after problems. Peeling and cracking repeatedly in both bathrooms. Kitchen countertops have peeled in places and they come out to repair it and it's not the same color. They try to cover their but by trying to say the proper cleaning products have not been used when I get my cleaning product from them directly. They have been out to repair countless time my 5 year warranty will be up next year and what will happen then. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
