Search the company through the clerk of courts. NIGHTMARE METHOD. The owner, Mike, REFUSED to refund my $1450 because I've posted this review. Think about that. Because I've recorded my actual experience with them Mike refuses to issue my refund. Reglaze failled since it was done, over 2yrs ago. Company came out multiple times to "fix" the issues. My wife and I (booked under her name not mine) had the unfortunate experience of using Miracle Method in Tampa to refinish our bathtub, and I cannot recommend their services. The company promised a two-day job, each day taking about 4 hours. Instead, it stretched to 5-6 hours each day, and the result was still filled with glaring imperfections, which meant we needed follow up. Do not use this product for kitchen sinks. Our original percaline sink had some scuff marks that bothered me and after only two months this sink has at least six scuff marks and one scratch. We were told that it would cost $250 to touch it up. The entire application only cost $550. I cannot recommend this product for a kitchen sink unless you don't use it. It's probably fine for tubs, showers, and walls.
Very satisfied with MM from the phone response to the workman who repaired our shower. They were courteous, on time and very fairly priced. Would highly recommend this company.
