UPDATE: I have been in contact with Jamille who is the new leader over Miracle Method. We had a great conversation and she did offer to correct the issues which I appreciated. I think going forward things will improve and hopefully others shouldn't have this experience. Disappointed with my MM experience. Ive used MM in another state with wonderful success so I naively thought to use them here. An absolutely horrible company that will waste your time and your money. They came out to my friends house multiple times to complete a simple reglaze and then came back to redo it because the first service was poorly done. Over the course of each visit they failed to complete the job properly and left stained countertops, messy caulking, and a peeling tub. Search the company through the clerk of courts. NIGHTMARE METHOD. The owner, Mike, REFUSED to refund my $1450 because I've posted this review. Think about that. Because I've recorded my actual experience with them Mike refuses to issue my refund. Reglaze failled since it was done, over 2yrs ago. Company came out multiple times to "fix" the issues. My wife and I (booked under her name not mine) had the unfortunate experience of using Miracle Method in Tampa to refinish our bathtub, and I cannot recommend their services. The company promised a two-day job, each day taking about 4 hours. Instead, it stretched to 5-6 hours each day, and the result was still filled with glaring imperfections, which meant we needed follow up.
