Brittany (the owner) fraudulently charged my credit card because I no longer wanted her cleaning services. This was due mainly to an out of state move, but also because of repeat service failures (repeatedly missing checklist items, no-show to scheduled appointment, new cleaners who don’t even know there’s a company cleaning checklist, etc.). They cleaned everything! Great experience from start to end . The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. My cleaner showed up early and did amazing ! Highly recommend this company!!!
