This location is PERMANENTLY CLOSED! All patients will need to find a new doctor or new location. I just drove by and there is now a smoke shop at that location, no doctor.
Originally loved this location. My original appointment to get my card everything went great. My first renewal I received an email to make an appointment before the prescription expired which was very convenient. My latest renewal I never got any notification and found out at the dispensary my prescription had expired. They didn’t have any appointments until Saturday and had to switch to a different doctor who had earlier availability.
Made the medical marijuana process very easy. The people here are very friendly and I definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to get their license.
