I have no words to describe how disgusting Dr. Bates’ behavior is. Not only the way he speaks to his staff but also the way he spoke to me is unacceptable behavior. This is nothing to do with me being “GAY”, this has to do with your homophobic behavior. In addition: This is extremely unacceptable. I would love for the owner of this establishment to give me a call so I can discuss this so call behavior I am "accused" of because taking to customers in this sort of manner is highly unacceptable ever as an owner.
