He lied about HACM, he mislead my finances, and didn't help with energy assistance. His supervisor, Amy was an enabler. Wasn't my first rodeo dealing with housing specialist that failed in the end, it was an epic failure. But at least I have a place to live, where I didn't know how much my rent was. Got my voucher on my own. Trust yourself. Not Michael Hopkins. Name drop.
