I wouldn’t recommend going here… even though it wasn’t their fault they couldn’t tell me the estimated time my part would arrive there, so they kept my car all of 4 months. Meanwhile I had to deal with the insurance company harassing me about the rental vehicle they were paying for. So they finally got my car fixed and now 2 months later I’m having an issue with my trunk holding moisture (which wasn’t doing that before it was fixed) so I’m having to now take my car back there. What a nightmare
Came in for body repair quote 2 months ago, left multiple messages and never heard back.
Fantastic phone edicate. One of a kind and peace of mind if a body shop. Faster appointments then Caliber collision and fantastic personality on the phone.
Considering we were a last minute service need, there’s really no complaint. Needed to have our drivers window actuator replaced because we are traveling with our travel trailer and far from home. At home it would have likely cost me half of what I paid, but what’s a guy gonna do. Finally after 6 hours of waiting as there apparently are no loaners for out-of-towners and $640 out of pocket we were off.
