Atleast they scheduled me an appointment. However, I am a mechanic too but can't work on cars at the apartment here and so I already know the fuel pump assembly needs to be replaced and that requires dropping the gas tank, its a 60-200$ part(s) depending on what you get. They wouldn't qoute me the service, they wanted to over charge for the alignment and balancing and weren't available same day so I went to Firestone. I will update this after my appointment, but so far I'm not satisfied withthe service.
I wouldn’t recommend going here… even though it wasn’t their fault they couldn’t tell me the estimated time my part would arrive there, so they kept my car all of 4 months. Meanwhile I had to deal with the insurance company harassing me about the rental vehicle they were paying for. So they finally got my car fixed and now 2 months later I’m having an issue with my trunk holding moisture (which wasn’t doing that before it was fixed) so I’m having to now take my car back there. What a nightmare
Came in for body repair quote 2 months ago, left multiple messages and never heard back.
