Usually our environment is very friendly and professional , we try to work with everyone's needs and ensure all customers leave happy and satisfied . The lady there has THE worst attitude: I made an appointment at 2:15 to get my eyebrows done during my lunch hour through Yelp because it gave the option to and I got a confirmation back 10min later. I showed up about 15min before my appointment and there were people already there waiting. At 2:14 she called someone else over to her chair and I asked if I can go next since I made my appointment and need to get back to work. She said, "we don't do appointments." Horrible. My eyebrows were done by an expert for one year in boca raton. Unfortunately, I had to move and visited miracle eyebrows.the lady left me with tiny uneven eyebrows. I will never go back again, I am going to have to drive to Naples to try someone else, but of course I am going to have messy eyebrows for 1 month at least!
