Just moved from Las Vegas to Rockwall and found the Miracle Ear office in Mesquite, Tx to be very friendly. John spent a great deal of time with me ensuring my hearing aids were performing as expected. He re-adjusted my devices and now I am hearing even better than before. John is highly knowledgeable and is working to ensure you get the most out of your hearing devices. GREAT JOB!

I was highly impressed with Frank's customer service. He explained the situation and viable options. I feel that he went above and beyond to ensure everything was ordered properly.
Ken and Rebecca helped me upgrade my hearing aids with no up-selling pressure. Instead, Ken showed me all my options and I felt his goal was to help my hearing, and not merely to sell me hearing aids. I suffer from severe tinnitus and high frequency loss, though I am a musician. Because of Ken Kidd, I continue to choose Miracle Ear, and have such a better hearing quality of life.

My wife and I are so happy we found Miracle Ear. Being able to have a meaningful conversation where we both can clearly hear and understand one another is the best feeling imaginable. Meagan and Michelle are a great team and they made something we were hesitant to try easier.

This is the best business for customer service....Jen and Michelle are so welcoming and Jen takes plenty of time to assure you things are as they should be. Always look forward to visiting the store and am very satisfied with my hearing aids.....Had them for a year and a half.
Would not recommend. They make you pay additional fees, order parts without consent and do not try and work with you.
