Love we have the same name, haven’t heard of many having it. Raquel was great with my grandfather Curtis B we have seen her in Cambridge as well as the Wyoming store. So nice to also be able to what she see’s, when she used the video scope. Raquel really takes her time and wants to help. I would recommend her for anyone’s hearing health.
The employees are rude and don’t listen to their patients. I have had a receptionist who wouldn’t listen to me when I had a concern. I had an audiologist who when I explained why I was there ignored me and did his own thing. Now I need a different hearing aid and can’t get the audiologist to call me back.
Raquel really cares. Every time I come in she devotes her full attention to me and makes sure I’m hearing well and happy. The new hearing aids are a game changer! Thanks Miracle Ear.
Three changes in management in 4 years, missing original purchase records, two repairs in that time frame, and a third pending repair in progress leaves me less than pleased with this track record. I chose the best product that was available, over $7k out of pocket. All of the hearing aide industry is out of control in their pricing when compared to other microelectronics. It's extortion level in my opinion. "Pay or be deaf"
