My dad is a patient at Miracle Ear in Brazil and April is amazing with him. With almost no hearing in either ear even with hearing aids he feels seen and listened to when he has concerns. More than just a hearing test, she showed us pictures of inner ear and explained about how one may have trouble hearing vowels or consonants, very knowledgeable lady, explained everything.
