I had some major concerns with some hearing issues I was experiencing in my left ear and Gage at Miracle Ear in SE Boise was able to get me right in, helped evaluate my hearing with a few great tests and really wanted to ensure that I was able to get any help I needed to help resolve my hearing issues as soon as possible. He was even able to help get me a priority appt the same day at another facility that ended up needing to administer a steroid shot into my ear to help it repair best! Experienced, professional, insightful, caring and great service. Honestly Gage is remarkable.
We were visiting from out of town and my dad had issues with his hearing aid. They were very helpful and got us in that day. We appreciated the quick response and friendly service.
Gage is amazing! He takes the time to listen and makes sure all of your concerns are taken care of. Rebecca always has a smile when I walk into the office. They are wonderful people.
