I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Went to them for an insurance covered set of hearing aids. My insurance (amplifon) says I have a $595 or $895 copay depending on model. Miracle ear had a list of devices they covered but said the price listed (thousands) was what I would have to pay and there was no negotiations. My insurance reduced the price and options but not to the point of the listed co-pays. I tried to get the list but they won't respond to my emails. They told my 94 yr old grandmother to come in on Saturday AM, after telling her they don't do Mondays. A conversation I've had twice with miracle ear, explaining that I have no problem driving her to Hyannis or Falmouth for a Monday appointment so I wouldn't have to take a day off from work (literally went to the Falmouth location for her apt that previous Monday). I've been wearing hearing aids for 20 years. I had aids from belltone, All Ear, none of them worked. Then I went to Miracle Ear and met Matt in Wareham. He spent time with me and asked questions about my hearing loss. I now hear everything. Thank you Matt and Miracle Ear.
