They told my 94 yr old grandmother to come in on Saturday AM, after telling her they don't do Mondays. A conversation I've had twice with miracle ear, explaining that I have no problem driving her to Hyannis or Falmouth for a Monday appointment so I wouldn't have to take a day off from work (literally went to the Falmouth location for her apt that previous Monday). I've been wearing hearing aids for 20 years. I had aids from belltone, All Ear, none of them worked. Then I went to Miracle Ear and met Matt in Wareham. He spent time with me and asked questions about my hearing loss. I now hear everything. Thank you Matt and Miracle Ear.
