Justin and his team are always looking out for my wellbeing. Appointments are always easy to make or change if the need arises. Justin is kind, friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend his office to friends and family.
I would like to commend Terry A at the facility in Portage for being honest and taking the time to listen to me, his experience and knowledge with hearing is amazing. He took the time with me and my thought was here we go buy another pair, which I thought to myself ( does a pig fly ) however he did his marvelous work on the hearing aids and I left happy and not broke. I pray that he will always be there to help me and others.
Asked a friend for a referral and he pointed me here. Great experience. Amazing test. Helpful, and understandable analysis. I don’t need hearing aids yet, but when I do I’ll come back.
