I have been a customer with Justin for about a year and a half now. His office is exceptional in the service they provide. They provide reminders for upcoming appointments and are always available if I have any questions. The service is beyond reproach.
It is always a pleasure to go see Justin. He is very patient with me when he is testing my hearing. Like going to the eye doctor which is better this one or this one. I have a hard time trying to decide. Some times I pick the wrong one and then I have to go back and have him readjust my settings. He doesn't mind and says come on in. He is almost like family. He knows some of my children and we talk about how they are doing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their hearing.
Justin was very nice. He is very knowledgeable about hearing aids. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions no matter how dumb they were. I could tell that he truly cares about his customers. It was a great experience!

I am thankful that I have my hearing aids. I can hear much better in group settings like a meeting of 25 people. I can hear my yoga instructor now. My appointments at the Miracle Ear office added helpful adjustments on the phone app.
