I cannot say enough about Miracle Ear in Fairhope. I took my husband in for an evaluation not really knowing what to expect. But the evaluation process was extremely detailed and professionally done. I was also pleased that Chris has had 20 years experience in this field! He was not just an employee trying to sell you hearing aids. I have sent many family members and friends to Chris. Yes, he is my husband.. He is amazing with his patients. He listens to them, he thoroughly reviews and explains their hearing test results, he makes clinical suggestions as to what will work best for their kind of loss. He comes home every night a tells me a success story that he witnessed! Example, this patient hasn't been able to hear his 2 year old daughter... he came in b/c his wife insisted. I visited multiple EENTs for hearing tests but never felt that I would be receiving the best appliance AND continued service for that appliance. Once I found Chris, at Miracle Ear in Fairhope, AL, all my doubts were resolved. I did not mind paying a bit more for a superior product and superior service. Chris and Jan are a good team and are strong support for their clients. Your ability to hear well is very important so let them take care of you!
Chris is very informative. He also is very professional, and I enjoyed dealing with him. Also I am enjoying my new hearing aids. What a difference in life. If there was a higher rating I’d go there for Chris.
