I had been to several audiologist over the past 6 or 7 years. They all were about selling me the most expensive hearing aids they had. They were not interested in me and knowing how hard it is for a single senior trying to live on social security. Jenny Simmons was the first and only person that cared about getting me into hearing aids I could afford. We were headed from Hot Springs to Nashville TN. My in-laws were ahead of us. He called and said he forgot his charger for his hearing aids. I googled and called Miracle Ear and happened to have called the corporate office and talked to Victoria. She was amazing and after verifying his information found a Miracle Ear store on our route (7 miles from our location) that had his charger. We drove up and parked at the front door. Nova, the young lady we met at the desk when we came in for some hearing aid cleaning, was just great. She was very attentive and prompt and so very polite. Miracle ear is blessed to have her.
