Great service. Very competent. Easy parking.
I had been to several audiologist over the past 6 or 7 years. They all were about selling me the most expensive hearing aids they had. They were not interested in me and knowing how hard it is for a single senior trying to live on social security. Jenny Simmons was the first and only person that cared about getting me into hearing aids I could afford. We were headed from Hot Springs to Nashville TN. My in-laws were ahead of us. He called and said he forgot his charger for his hearing aids. I googled and called Miracle Ear and happened to have called the corporate office and talked to Victoria. She was amazing and after verifying his information found a Miracle Ear store on our route (7 miles from our location) that had his charger. We drove up and parked at the front door.
