Always helpful. Always kind and professional.
I stopped in to see if they repaired Oticon hearing devices. She said that they didn’t but would be glad to look at it. She examined it and said that she felt the wire was the problem and that I needed to find an Oticon servicer. She didn’t have to even look at, but she tried to help me out. On top of it, she didn’t even charge me! I’ll be sure to go back there when I need new devices!
