I knew from the first day I set foot in the Burleson office that I was going to be a customer for life. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products and usage of them. I would highly recommend this store for your hearing needs.
Lynnette was wonderful!! She explained everything very clearly, was patient, kind, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease when I had a hearing exam and purchased hearing aids today!
Lynette was WONDERFUL!! Very thorough and explained everything in a way my mom and I could understand. She spent time with mom to make sure she k ew how to put in the hearing aids. We tried other stores and mom returned them right away. Lynette followed up and made sure we knew how to operate them. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants their hearing restored.
Really nice people and I learned so much about my ears definitely a great experience i will be back
