Bought a pair of hearing aids here about a year ago. I have had nothing but problems with them, right from the beginning. Have gone back about 15 times for adjustments. They do not believe the hearing aids do not function properly. They will not let me use my warranty. Why I do not know so they just continue to give me the run around. I am so thankful for Miracle Ear. I was having family and friends grow frustrated with my inability to hear what they were saying. But I couldn’t afford hearing aids that actually worked. I heard about Miracle Ear and scheduled a free exam with them. I am so glad I did! They fitted me for personalized hearing aids and customized them to my hearing needs. Finally they arranged financing that met my budget. They are a blessing! I highly recommend them them.

I was pleasantly pleased after my appt. Roman Estrada. about a year ago I went to another place to be fitted for hearing aids, my experience with the other place was not a good experience at all. I ended up canceling my appt and returning my hearing aids. A year later, I made an appt. with miracle ear (should of done in the first place) From the first call to Vanessa to schedule to meeting with Ramon. I get my earing aids tomorrow!!!! THANKS FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Amazing service here! I have very tiny and short ear canals, so came here to get impressions for earbud tips that won't fall out or hurt. Roman was very patient with all my questions and gave excellent advice on whether an open or closed mouth impression would be better for my situation. In and out in under half an hour, highly recommend!
