What a pleasure to meet Maggie and be treated to an honest and open exchange. Maggie was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. We arrived a bit early and were immediately greeted and paperwork started. The test procedure and physiology were explained fully and questions answered. After the test, Maggie was up front and suggested that hearing aids were probably not needed at this time. I will definitely follow up yearly to keep what hearing I have. Many thanks to Maggie and Miracle ear.

Let me tell you, I love this place. My husband kept informing me that my hearing was not good because I couldn't hear him from 3 rooms away. The person that tested my hearing and said my hearing was very good except for one area and that was a tad under normal. She didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. She told me to come back in 2 to 4 years. I really respect honesty and truth.

Maggie explained everything about the testing procedure, including a diagram of the outer/inner ear. She was very knowledgeable and made you feel at ease. The actual test was short and painless and afterward, she made a personal recommendation based on a chart she displayed of your hearing range. The location was convenient and the service was excellent.

Everyone I had contact with was so helpful and friendly. When I went to get the hearing aids, Maggie Smith went over every detail I needed to know about them and how long it would possibly that to get use to them. I would recommend them to anyone who ask me about my hearing aid.
