Excellent sevvice and staff.
No one bothered to call back when my mother could not hear after they removed the tip on the hearing aid. Told her she didn't need it and also told her to not worry about shutting the door on the charger. She could not hear at all once was done. I called in for them to get my mom in and was told someone would call my mom the next day that never happened. I called a week later and was not able to leave a message nor could I talk to anyone the national number said they would leave a email for someone to call, no one ever did. ... read more
