When a 96 year old lady says she isn't going to buy new hearing aids, you shouldn't try to make her feel guilty by telling her she must not want to hear better. She doesn't need a lecture! Trying to get her son to agree with you isn't cool either. She told you she couldn't afford new ones and what she had was working for her.
