Finally got someone who knows what to do.
Leaving this review for one reason only. I received promotional materials from this company. The envelope was addressed to my home, but had my mother's name instead of my own. Haven't lived with my mother in 20 years. I do not know how they obtained this information or what twisted trail my data took to get to their doorstep, but I know it wasn't ethical.
Showed up during THEIR normal business hours and the doors were locked with lights off. Make sure you have an appt or call ahead. We had to end up shipping them a hearing aid for a repair that needed done.
