HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS BEFORE, I WAS INUNDATED WITH TEXTS AND VOICEMAILS REMINDING ME ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT AND TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY TO DO THE PAPERWORK.... I ARRIVED 20 MINUTES EARLY ONLY TO HAVE THE RECEPTIONIST ON THE PHONE WHO HANDED ME A CLIPBOARD TO FILL IN THE PAPERWORK. SHE STAYED ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME UNTIL I FINALLY LEFT AT 10:05 BECAUSE I STILL HADN'T HAD MY APPOINTMENT AND NOBODY HAD TECHNICALLY TALKED TO ME OTHER THAN THE RECEPTIONIST HANDING ME THE CLIPBOARD ... read more
