I am very glad I went to Miracle Ear in Greer. Tammy is a blessing. She makes you feel like family from the moment you meet her. She is very knowledgeable, I learned quite a few things I didn't know about my hearing loss. She doesn't make you feel rushed, and can answer any questions you may have. I inherited my mom's miracle ear hearing aids, but one wasn't working and they were set to her specific needs. I took them to Tammy at the Greer, SC location and she went above and beyond to make sure I could use them. She was very thorough with the hearing test and assisted me with pairing them to my phone. She explained everything clearly about how to take care of them and informed me that I can bring them in for regular cleanings at no cost. I am very satisfied with the care and service I received at Miracle Ear. I tried over the counter hearing aids and was disappointed and dissatisfied. I appreciate the care taken with my fittings and adjustments. I am hearing once again with clarity, good tonal quality, and the ability to make adjustments to accommodate any environment! The office staff is friendly and courteous and setting appointments was quite easy.
Online says they are open, they are not open. Once they get your money their service sucks. This is all Miracle ear locations in the upstate.
