They'll string you along with broken appointments and refuse to refund your money. Brandon canceled on us twice, was 15 minutes late, and then flat out refused to refund the money in violation of the contract. No stars.
Beware the Bait and Switch. They'll lure you in with a newspaper ad and then upsell you to the expense pair without ever producing the pair in the advertisement
Starla refused to hear us out about our complaints about the bait and switch or the other things her employee did. That means he did exactly what he was trained to do. She tried to take the restocking fee even though they were in breach of contract for refusing to refund it 12/16. They are great uless you want your money back, they canceled 2 appointments after we told them we wanted to return them. Running out the 30 day clock? This business needs to be investigated
