One of our team members visited this office. Will and the office manager (Olga, I think) were great. They didn't feel like they got the typical sales pitch. Friendly, professional but caring. Our folks left knowledgeable about their test results and informed about their personal situation. You heard it!
I got my first hearing aids from this Miracle Ear office three years ago. Follow-up service at this office including hearing tests, adjusting and cleaning of the aids has been outstanding throughout those years. I very recently upgraded to new aids which incorporate the latest technology. These aids are really great. The specialist, Mr. Pope is great to work with and he did an excellent job in setting up and adjusting the new aids to my satisfaction.
Will took care of my issue promptly and offered good advice for continuing good use of my hearing devices. Always feel welcomed and satisfied with the service
Each time we have been to the Woodbridge office we have been treated with the upmost of kindness and respect! Will takes time to explain just what hes doing and why. He is always very patient with my 92 year old friend. Olga is very welcoming and meets us at the door. She always offers us something to drink or a snack. The office is very clean! I would highly recommend this office and Will!! He knows what he’s doing!
