Nice place and good costumer service
Fantastic experience. Loren is patient, thorough, highly skilled and caring and just a genuinely good person. My wife's hearing was deteriorating but Loren diagnosed the problem in detail, explained what our options were and in one week, my wife can hear clearly again. Very, very satisfied.
Miracle Ear office in Woodbridge does nothing to take care of customers. I feel badly for the Admin person in the front office who has to deal with upset clients all the time. I purchased a pair of ears a couple of months ago, they were never adequately "adjusted" for proper hearing, and then the left ear started losing power after only a few hours daily. The tech told me to bring it in to be sent "for repair" which would take only 1 to 2 weeks. Now, almost 4 weeks later, I still haven't gotten it back, and cannot get any in... read more
