The Miracle Ear Team in Mechanicsville have earned a 5 star rating based on years of exceeding my expectations. Hearing Specialist Mason, along with Makayla at the front desk, truly make me feel welcome everytime. They have 'next-level' understanding of what great customer service looks like. Major kudos to both.
We were a little nervous and unsure of what to expect but the Staff at Miracle Ear was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and put us at ease. My mom felt seen and finally understands her hearing loss. I am so grateful to Julia and Mekalah for being so amazing! I will tell all friends and family about this experience.
