Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pamela Smith and Lisa Kyprainou are the best. Front office staff is amazing as well. I would recommend anyone to go to Miracle Ear Mechanicsville location.
Lisa and Tammy are amazing. They take care of all my hearing needs no matter time or day. They are true assets to your business. I'm also proud to call them my friends.

Second time I’ve had scheduled appointment with this company and they’re not even open and they don’t call to cancel to let you know that they aren’t going to be opening that day. They’re posted hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5 but they certainly don’t keep those hours or even keep appointments that you have with them.
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Mechanicsville Miracle-Ear office. Having had hearing aids in the past, I felt I knew what to expect. This was very different. Susan greeted me warmly, and introduced me to Kathy, who did my testing, measuring, etc.,and most importantly, TEACHING. She answered all of my questions, and told me so many things that would help me to get the most from my experience with these hearing aids, chosen to perfectly fit my needs.
