Tim was AMAZING! I was very hessitant to even get a hearing test let alone hearing aides but he made the process very easy and comfortable. He talked to me through deciding on which hearing aides would be best and insured I was comforable with wearing and caring for them. Thank you Tim!!
I talked to the owner on the phone to repair or check out my mom's hearing aid. He was nice on the phone. But when we arrived at his shop, he was on the side walk welcoming us. He was excellent in repairing the aid and he never charged for the battery. He was very polite and warm person. No such wonderful customer service anymore anywhere else. God Bless and Thank you sir. Go there only I say clearly.
I have talked to,people that have gone “cheaper” and can’t even use what they have. That doesn’t happen with Tim at Miracle Ear. Best service. Best hearing aids.
