Wonderful Customer Service great hearing aids I was looking around three years ago for hearing aids for my mother. She’s in her 90s we went into the Folsom office and were impressed with the hearing aids that we purchased and with the customer service and how clean and organize the office was in the Folsom branch ever since then I would take the hearing aids in once in a while to get cleaned, no questions asked they were very nice. They cleaned them and gave them back to me and they worked fine just recently we had a problem... read more
Jolee is so patient and professional, she explains everything the tests entail and is more than happy to answer questions, the front office staff are very nice and very helpful !! Highly recommend the Folsom Office :)
