Miracle Ear company in itself is a terrible business and I do not recommend it to anybody. My grandmother waited 4 months for hearing aides that the company "never knew" was on back order until I called to check on them. Attempted to contact the Uniontown office for weeks without any answer or call back, despite calling multiple times. After weeks, we finally had an appointment booked, then they cancelled. Still waiting for my refund and it's been almost a month now as of July 7th Now July 23rd and no refund still. Left a voicemail on July 16th at both his Uniontown and WV franchise locations and yet has still not returned my call. This is why we took our business elsewhere. Paid on February 27th and it's May 9th without a hearing aid. I've been very laid back about it and even called to ask for an update and keep me in the loop. I've done that 4 times now.
