I received a pair of Miracle Ear hearing aids from a friend a month ago. I learned they were about 5 yrs old. The aids were purchased at another location of Miracle Ear. I called and made an appt to have the aids tuned for my ears and I told them the aids were given to me. They made the appt and I went in today. Matt was Great! Not thinking before I came in the aids should have been charged and cleaned. Matt ask me about both and I told him they were not charged or cleaned.
