Very informative visit with Jacob. He thoroughly explains the ear functionality. Then goes over the complete testing evaluation. This was a pleasant and educational encounter.

Scheduled hearing test. About an hour. Audiologist is very nice. Explains how sound and hearing actually works, how our hearing can be damaged and then proceed with hearing test. It was not difficult at all. I did schedule the next annual hearing test. New location. No signage on Burlington Beach Rd. The Miracle Ear entrance is on the east side of the Vision Optical building. Shelby has continuously worked to tune in my hearing aids for me, without her I probably would have given up. My problem was clarity not loudness and she has them working great!
