We spent over $8,000 back in 2020 for my husband's hearing aids. Was told there was a "lifetime guarantee". Now we were told that after a certain point, if repairs were needed, it would cost a couple of hundred dollars to fix them. In 5 years...we've had to send 1 in...twice...at $350 a pop. Today my husband tried to get one fixed again and was told the repair cost had gone up...to $700.00...for 1 hearing aid. We've already spent that much on 2 previous repairs.
