When dealing with a problem with my hearing via the hearing aid, appointments with Miracle Ear were very response to my need. Owner Max was very thorough in his diagnostics and performed speech tests to verify the area that needed adjustment via a computerized program. He follows a very effective diagnostic procedure that pinpoints the needed adjustment that avoids the trial-and-error process.
They even dropped off my Dads hearing aid at my workplace!
Very helpful, courteous & patient. I'm so happy with the service they provide and Nancy is especially knowledgeable and is always willing to help.
