My daughter was referred to them by ear nose and throat clinic in Mccomb. Called and made appointment That Tuesday as soon as we left ENT office. Was given a appointment for that Friday. Find out when I get there Friday that they are not open on Fridays. Called main office and was told I never made the appointment. they had no record of me calling. Then was told that they wouldn't have made a appointment for her anyway because they don't see children under the age of 18. Hopefully no one else has such a bad experience.

Staff was very patient with the patient. Morgan attention and verbal tone with her patient was excellent. She was very professional and interacted with the patient as well as the relative accompanying the patient. Other staff was very welcoming. They provided a comfortable conversations on their phone calls with other patients who were having difficulty hearing on the phone while I was there. I am very pleased with the environment and atmosphere while here today!

I had the best time getting my hearing checked. The ladies are helpful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend everyone see Kathleen and Morgan!
