After being shown I had lost partial hearing, I wanted a company and a business that had been around for quite a while because I felt both needed time to prove their staying power and the effectiveness of their products. With those thoughts in mind, and because of their excellent reputation I chose Miracle Ear, Dorothy and her receptionist Joanne, at the Shoreline, WA location.
