These people have been sending endless junk mail to an imaginary person at my address who has a misspelled version of my name and is over a decade older than I am. There is no way to get off this mailing list on their website and their "contact us" form requires giving them so much more information about myself that I know they would just use to keep sending more junk mail. Followup: So despite having my name from the review, the owner is insisting I need to contact them and give them more of my contact information 🫩

I was very disappointed with the service of this place. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place for hearing aids. They advertised that they will give $20 gift card for spending 45 minutes test with them. But at the end they simply denied it. They are crooks.

My dad asked me to write this review. He is very grateful for the prompt and always kind attention he receives at Miracle-Ear Shoreline from Dorothy & Joanne. I can echo this sentiment as it's the experience I, too, have had whenever I have brought my mom in for an issue with her hearing. Thank you!
