My elderly grandfather went to Miracle Ear in Presque Isle, Maine to see about getting hearing aids. He has been struggling to find ones that work for him, and ones he can afford. He asked the staff at Miracle Ear about price ranges, so that he would have an idea on what he would be paying. The man and woman working were extremely dismissive, rude and were not there to help patients in need. Josh at the miracle ear appointment help decide what kind of aids I was best suited for. My wife is extremely happy as the old set I had did not do the job that it should have. The new set I received is much improved over the old set and I am hearing things that I have not heard in quite a while, furnace running, cars starting, dryer washer all the things that make noise that I was not hearing. My elderly mother needed hearing aids. She has them now with the help of Joshua at Miracle Ear in Presque Isle, Maine. We were very pleased with his authenticity and caring attitude.
