Tammy is the best. She taught me how to make hearing great
Hearing aids work great. Jean is very thoughtful and caring.
$5,629 wasted. The hearing aid impressions for my husband were made multiple times and they still do not fit. He was told the new technology corporate is using now (since August 2023) make them fit looser. He has constant feedback in his ears that is audible to others as well. We have contacted the BBB, and are now seeking a complete refund from the corporate headquarters, Amplifon, in Minneapolis, MN. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they are ready for constant problems.
