Ally is the most professional miracle ear representative I have met, for the past 12 years I have been a customer of this product and recently had a bad experience at a Myrtle beach office. Ally was great she listened to my problem knew what to do, corrected the problems, had follow up visits to insure all was good.. They address any concerns that we have with our hearing devices. Thank you Bebe in keeping us scheduled with our follow up appointments. All staff Is personable, and professional.
I had my hearing aids cleaned and then we discussed how the settings were working. They are working well. We set the next appointment for January 2025 with a request to call anytime I had any problem. Very professional staff..
Nick and his personnel (Bebe) are fantastic. Nick is very detailed and always asks questions about how my hearing aids are working. Does a great job with follow-up appointments to keep them working in top condition, and makes any adjustments that might be needed.
