I have been thoroughly impressed with Melvin Andrews. He has been very informative on my hearing and getting the correct hearing aids. He has helped me to understand more about my hearing. I have thoroughly enjoyed my new Miracle ear hearing aids.
Not the standards of miracle ear. The stated need to go to an ent. I had wax in left. Would not change batteries or I form me what to do. Stated it was above his pay grade. Set another appt in month for hearing test. Needed records from past test would get them. Called to cancel appt bb states got records from past visit from lincolnton, nc. Advised would come and get. Ally is the most professional miracle ear representative I have met, for the past 12 years I have been a customer of this product and recently had a bad experience at a Myrtle beach office. Ally was great she listened to my problem knew what to do, corrected the problems, had follow up visits to insure all was good..
