Lea Pionk is an amazing addition to the Ludington office. She has taught my husband and myself so much more about hearing aids and hearing loss. Stay away from this business.
Had an appointment arrived 10 minutes early. Waited 25 to 30 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever so I left. Won't be back ever. Received phone call from the man who ignored us apologized but didn't seem genuine. Not a good way to run a business. I won't be doing any business with James. Would have left 0 stars if it was possible.
