Rachel Shepperd provided me the highest quality care in terms of analyzing by asking questions and performing hearing tests. After 2 hours of rigorous testing, I left her office with a brand new hearing aid that fitted me perfectly. My previous audiologist told me that there was nothing better available to provide me any more volume and I needed implant.
