Despite all that he does for maintenance, he requires assistance with cleaning, occasional adjusting, etc. Often times, it’s a spur of a moment need for a fix. Every time I’ve called on those unexpected times, Patsy, has been so kind, professional, and accommodating. We’re able to get in quickly and be seen by Todd, the highly trained expert.
